Yes. You must call or email us to schedule an appointment, as you must be seen by our medical director, Dr. Rafael Solanas, who is the only physician at our center certified to work with the Belgian Consulate for this purpose.
You can make an appointment whenever it’s most convenient for you. Our office hours are extensive and we adapt to your needs. Within our range of days and times, we give you the opportunity to choose the one you want and can accommodate.
Your valid passport and, if possible, the form you must present at the Consulate. If you don’t have one, don’t worry; we have copies available in English, French, and Flemish.
These are relatively simple tests. Our doctor will examine your vision and hearing, as well as your reflexes and motor movements, monitor your blood pressure, and, depending on the individual case, perform additional tests to accurately assess whether your health is adequate for obtaining a visa certificate.
It is used not only for work but also for studies, residence, and family reunification.
The medical examination takes no more than 20 minutes. Upon completion, and with the doctor’s approval, we will hand you the certificate.
The medical certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of the examination.
