Official medical certificates

Have you been asked for an official medical certificate to apply for that job you’ve been wanting? At Plaza Molina Medical Center, we can provide it for you! Just bring your ID, NIE (National Identity Document), or passport, and we’ll hand it to you.

We offer walk-in services with a wide variety of days and times, accommodating your availability and preferences. We understand the importance of this procedure and are committed to offering you quality care in a friendly, pleasant, and highly professional environment.

For a certificate to be valid, the doctor signing the document must directly examine the patient. Furthermore, this document must meet the following requirements:

  • Authentic. It must accurately reflect what the doctor has verified.
  • Clear. It must be completed by hand in clear handwriting so that it can be read by anyone.
  • Detailed. Describe the diagnosis simply as required.
  • Documented. Provide evidence, if necessary, of what is stated in the document.
  • Legal. The paperwork must be from the Medical Association, with the doctor’s or institution’s letterhead and signature, seal, and membership number.

Medical certificates are valid for three months, so it’s best to obtain them close to the time they’re due to be submitted so they don’t expire.

At Plaza Molina Medical Center, we have an extensive list of official medical certificates. If we don’t have it, it’s because the certificate doesn’t exist!
